It features 22 stops that allow you to hop on or hop off to shop, dine or sightsee, and come back on board at your leisure. Tickets include a map, admission to St. Augustine History Museum, and complimentary shuttle service to the beach, Alligator Farm, and hotels.
The trolleys come by approximately every 15 to 20 minutes, though times may vary slightly due to traffic conditions.
Yes. Some trolleys are equipped with hydraulic wheelchair lifts. Please call the number on your e-ticket at least 24 hours in advance to request for accessible trolleys. Please arrive at a designated/agreed-upon stop at least 15 minutes prior to your departure time for a smooth and safe boarding process.
The last tour of the day is usually at 4:30 PM unless stated otherwise due to holiday operating hours. Please note that guests taking the last tour can no longer use the hop-on, hop-off feature.
Yes. Strollers are allowed as long as they are collapsible and can be stored up front with the conductor. Strollers in the aisle ways are a safety hazard.
Only service animals (dogs) are allowed on board the trolleys.
Yes! Food and drinks are welcome. However, alcoholic drinks are not allowed on board for the safety and comfort of everyone.
Trolley tours operate rain or shine, hot or cold, year-round. It only occasionally closes for safety reasons, due to extreme weather conditions such as blizzards. Trolleys are also heated and glass-enclosed specifically for the colder winter weather.
